We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method you select—UPS Ground or UPS Second Day Air. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us at hello@skyetides.com. Our team will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Right now, we only ship within the United States due to customs and import restrictions. Expanding internationally is part of our roadmap, and we can’t wait to make Skyetides available in more countries soon.
